MAE graduate student Jeremy Cleemen wins NSF GRFP award

Jeremy Cleeman (MAE UG '20, 2nd yr. PhD) won a prestigious Graduate Research Fellowship from the National Science Foundation. This competitive fellowship recognizes and supports outstanding graduate students in NSF-supported STEM disciplines who are pursuing research-based graduate degrees at US institutions. The fellowship spans five years of financial support including an annual stipend and tuition. Jeremy will use this support to work with Dr. Rajiv Malhotra (MAE) and Dr. Qingze Zou (MAE) on machine learning based in-situ control of both geometry and properties in Large Area Additive Manufacturing.
